Garden-to-table recipes
Learn how to maximize the bounty of your garden to elevate your dishes at home. In this hands-on workshop you will learn and practice new recipes. Complementary wine and a gift to take home will be included.

Dining Room
Seats up to 14
Our dining room exhibits beautiful artwork from local artists in the different countries where our non-profit operates. It is closed in with views of our gardens with air-conditioning.
Out door lounge
Seats up to 24
Our lounge area is a unique area where we put our tables in close proximity to our tropical gardens. The cool breeze of the Caribbean will accompany you as you eat ingredients harvested from only a few feet away. There is also a fire pit in the middle of the lounge area that will bring in the warmth of the restaurant.
Tapas by the Fire pit

Our beautiful fire pit area seats up to 3 guests with hand-made wooden patio chairs with small stools for you to enjoy your tapas as you stare into the warmth of the fire pit.
Farm table in the gardens
